The Andrew L. Hicks, Jr. Foundation will be hosting its 13th Annual Fall Festival in partnership with Amachi. The Fall Carnival is held every yThe Fall Carnival is held every year in Chester as a means of introducing the Foundation to the City of Chester and vis versa.
There will be inflatable obstacle courses, a bounce house, face painting, pumpkin painting, hay rides, live music, lots of free food, and even a free book give away. There is a little something for everyone. Children of all ages are encouraged to dress in their Halloween costumes!

TRUNK-OR-TREAT
We are excited to share that for the first time, we will be holding a Trunk-Or-Treat during the Fall Carnival! There is a SEPARATE and REQUIRED registration process for Trunk-or-Treat. In order to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat experience, you must register your family and vehicle.
