2018 Camps: Lionheart & RISE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Location: Fairground Homes- 2000 Tolston St.
(We will have yard signs, a check-in table, and 4 buses.)
DROP-OFF:
Sunday, August 5 @ 1:00PM
*Bus leaves at 2:00 – No Exceptions
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
1) Follow Check-In Line: attendance, wristbands, bag tags, meds to nurse.
2) Drop off bags to UHaul.
3) Campers board buses by last name, Attendance taken on each bus.
REMEMBER:
*2 Bags per person Max = 1 clothes / 1 bedding if needed
*Label all belongings.
*All Prescription Meds (epipens, inhalers, other):
1) Need Doctor’s Note.
2) In their original packaging.
3) Put in a labeled Ziplock bag for nurse at Bus Check-In.
PICK-UP:
Thursday, August 9 @ 3:00PM
PICK-UP PROCEDURES:
1) Campers return on same bus by last name. Attendance taken.
2) Collect campers from the line.
3) Collect all bags. Check bags before leaving, for missing items.
*Any unclaimed items are kept for 1 week, then donated.
