Back-to-School Supplies Drive 2017
This past July, three high school students, Noah Lynch, Jake Drap, and Corinne Ahrens partnered with Chester Water Authority and collected various school supplies and new back packs for the students of Chester. They received lots of wonderful donations from residents in the West Chester and Downingtown area. This past Saturday August 12, the students took the supplies down to Chester and gave away over 93 backpacks to Chester children in need. Thank you for all the generous donations and helping provided these Chester children with the tools they need to succeed this upcoming school year. And a special thank you to our Downingtown collection locations- Anthony’s Pizza and Grill, The Coffee Cup, Palace Bowling, and Low Riders; along with West Chester locations- Dairy Queen, Salon 7 and Disc Hounds.
